Bolt HRM is an HR management platform that may include modules for hiring, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll support, employee records, and reporting.
We may modify, improve, or discontinue features from time to time to maintain performance, security, and product quality.
Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping credentials confidential.
You must promptly notify us of unauthorized account access or suspected security incidents.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, except where caused by our breach of these Terms.
Customer Data and Responsibilities
You retain ownership of data you submit to Bolt HRM, including employee and HR records.
You are responsible for ensuring that your collection and use of personal data through Bolt HRM complies with applicable employment, privacy, and data protection laws.
You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, or use the Service for unauthorized or abusive activities.
Subscriptions, Fees, and Billing
Paid features require an active subscription. Fees, billing intervals, and included usage are described in your selected plan.
Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable and billed in advance.
You authorize us or our payment processors to charge the payment method on file for applicable fees, taxes, and approved overages.
Term and Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use Bolt HRM.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, or fail to pay applicable fees.
Upon termination, your access may be removed and data handling will follow our Privacy Policy and applicable contractual commitments.
Intellectual Property
Bolt HRM, including its software, design, trademarks, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business operations.

Each party may receive confidential information from the other party during use of the Service.
Both parties agree to protect confidential information using reasonable care and to use it only for permitted purposes under these Terms.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every specific legal, payroll, tax, or HR requirement in your jurisdiction.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or data.
Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the fees paid by you for Bolt HRM during the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If material updates are made, we will provide notice through the Service or by other appropriate means.
Your continued use of Bolt HRM after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
